Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RuneDrop app. By downloading or using RuneDrop you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RuneDrop for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
In-app purchases
RuneDrop is free to download and includes an optional one-time “RuneDrop Pro” purchase that unlocks all realms. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Pro is a one-time unlock tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices. There are no subscriptions and no advertising.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by law;
- use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate scores or leaderboards;
- use the app in any unlawful way or in violation of Apple’s terms.
Game Center & leaderboards
Leaderboard and achievement features rely on Apple Game Center and are optional. We may remove scores that appear to result from tampering.
Intellectual property
RuneDrop, its name, artwork, realms, and audio are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
